Iron Wolf Milsim Group is seeking experienced combat veterans to serve as Platoon Leaders, NCOs, and Field Marshals for upcoming immersive military simulation (MILSIM) events.

If you’ve led troops under pressure, thrived in chaos, and miss the camaraderie of the field—we want you on our team.

Positions Available:

• Platoon Leaders – Direct 30-50 player squads through dynamic, multi-phase operations
• NCOs – Support mission flow, lead small units, and enforce structure in the field
• Field Marshals – Oversee game safety, enforce rules of engagement, and manage player conduct

Requirements:

• Combat veteran or prior military experience (combat arms preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage large groups under high-energy, semi-tactical conditions
• Available for weekend work (potential for ongoing or expanded roles)
